This is the home of v02wws_ack, a program for reading COSMOS V0 files,
converting the waveforms into TRACEBUF2 packets, and exporting them typically
to a Winston Wave Server but could be to any import_ack system.
This code is contributed by Pete Lombard at UC Berkeley. However, most of the
code was written by Jim Luetgert (USGS Menlo Park) and Paul Friberg (ISTI) for
other projects. All I did was merge their codes into v02wws_ack, plus a little
cleanup.

Because of the common use of the code to parse V0 files, the program v02xml is
included here although it is not directly related to Earthworm. v02xml
requires the xerxes-c package; currently it is known to work only with the
rather old version 2.3.0. v02wws_ack DOES NOT use xerxes-c.

"Makefile" is used for compiling v02xml, which does not use any Earthworm
features.

The earthworm makefile.sol, makefile.unx and makefile.nt are for compiling
ew2wws_ack.
